SHIPPING POLICY

DELIVERY COST & TIMES.

To work out your shipping cost simply add your items to your cart, fill out your shipping address, and preferred shipping method. Cost will vary depending on your order total and the shipping method you choose.

Most in-stock, credit approved orders placed before 12pm will be shipped on the same day.

Standard shipping times are:

VIC, NSW, SA & ACT metro areas - 2 -5 days
QLD & TAS metro areas - 2 Days
WA & NT metro areas - 5 Days

Any areas outside of these have a possibility of an extra day.

TRACKING.

Your unique tracking number will be emailed to you with your shipping confirmation.

ON DELIVERY OF GOODS.

Please check received goods against packing slip within 10 business days of receiving.

This is especially important if the goods are to be printed, washed, dyed, relabelled or decorated as picking errors can occur. If you find there is a picking error before the order is printed we can replace but once the goods are printed we cannot exchange the goods.
